With Artistic Directors Glen Neath & David Rosenberg and Senior Creative Producer/Creative Director Victoria Eyton

In this hands-on practical workshop, over three hours participants will explore DARKFIELD’s practice and immersive story techniques. Working in groups, they will have the opportunity to experiment with a binaural microphone used to make DARKFIELD’s work and devise a short spatial sound experience that will be presented at the end of the session.

Participants will develop an understanding of audio-based storytelling, elements and dynamics that may heighten immersion, and how they can use immersive audio technology in their own creative practice.

No previous experience or equipment required.
